Illinois Senate Approves Mini Horses As Service Animals

The Illinois Senate voted yesterday to add miniature horses to the list of approved service animals for people with disabilities. State law currently requires businesses to allow "reasonable access and service" to people with service dogs. This bill amends language to say "dog or miniature horse." F (visit source article)
